1. Acceptance of Ecosystem Terms

By accessing or utilizing the DONYLOGIC™ INTERACTIVE web platform, Telegram Mini Apps, API bridges, or downloadable utilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property & User Ownership

100% Commercial Ownership of Your Creations: Any vector design, pure SVG code, typographic monogram, or animation sequence generated by you using DONYLOGIC™ tools belongs unconditionally to you. You are free to trademark, publish, sell, or commercialize your creations without paying royalties or requiring attribution.

The DONYLOGIC™ brand name, official logotypes, software source code, visual UI styling, and proprietary serverless functions remain the exclusive property of DONYLOGIC™ and its founder, Doniyor Baxtiyorov.

3. Telegram Stars (XTR) & Digital Services

Certain advanced compute features—specifically 60 FPS HTML5 Canvas video compilation (.MP4) and TrueType (.TTF) binary font compilation—are funded via micro-transactions settled in Telegram Stars (50 ⭐ XTR) or granted complimentary to verified authors and VIP license holders.

4. Acceptable Platform Use

Users agree not to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or execute distributed denial-of-service attacks against DONYLOGIC™ edge workers or database nodes.

5. Limitation of Liability

All DONYLOGIC™ services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime.
